The Ceasefire Agreement [CFA] after a long period of terminal illness is now dead. Prabhakaran did say that it was not worth the paper it was written on and the President also referred to it in very derogatory terms. It was in terminal condition until the President pulled off the life line of the CFA with the unanimous consent of the Cabinet.
